Pick a color that complements your eyes and makes them bang, so that people gaze for the exact reasons. If you have blue eyes, try vivid (bright) yellow; green eyes, go for effective (Punchy) purple, and brown peepers work with a multiplicity of shades, like the scalded (burnt)orange.

To provide characterization to your eye, use a black or brown liner to create a light winged tip. You don't want your eyes to get lost in a pool of orange.
